Medication advice

I provide evidence-based preconception medication advice.
When prescribing medication during the antenatal period, I can collaborate with you and your loved ones to support and guide you to an informed decision regarding the risks and benefits of medications.

Mental Health Birth Plan

I can assist you in creating a comprehensive and bespoke Mental Health Birth Plan that details your support system, strengths, challenges, medications and early warning signs of a deterioration. This plan is essential in optimising your mental health in the postnatal period.

Liaison

I provide an integrated approach to care where I can work collaboratively with other professionals such as GPs, obstetricians, paediatricians, psychologists, maternal child health nurses and other specialist perinatal mental health support services throughout your journey.

A sanctuary for your mental health journey.

Our reproductive and pregnancy journeys can impact our mental health in many ways, often unexpectedly. I’m here to help you explore, understand and manage your mental health — from menstruation, preconception right through to postpartum.

To be pregnant is to be vitally alive, thoroughly woman, and distressingly inhabited. Soul and spirit are stretched – along with body – making pregnancy a time of transition, growth, and profound beginnings.
